I agree absolutely with everyone above. I am glad there are fellow Ulstermen who are taking the slide of this country into stupidity, appeasement of the irish victim mentality and rampant liberalism seriously.

Keep it going!

about time the psni released the images of the republicans breaking the law....

Only questioing them is about weak...

If there's an image of a person throwing a stone or other device, would that not be an arrestable and chargable offensive!!!

ooohhhh. The S.F. internet gestapo will be up your ass for that one (pardon my french).Your right though, these things are an bound to occour in the current situation, im not finger pointing, but at the same time it's important that we dont use the situation to excuse things like this, the stark contrast illustrated in the comment above merely reinforces my suspition that (in their fight against terror the London police seem to be being given every advantage, collateral damage is being excused and played down, in Ulster the mechanisims for defending the people from the terrorists have been systematically eroded and destroyed since the 1960s) English peoples lives and interests seem to be more valuable to the goverment they elect, than our lives are for that same goverment who rule us without any accountability, similarly brown skined terrorists and suspects seem to be much easier to dispatch, lock up ,
(torture) and imprison without trail than the belegured Nationalists are.I would honestly like to know why an English persons life is any more valuable than mine, and why an Irish terrorist is any better than an Islamic one, in that one group get pandered to by so much by the very goverments who are fighting a
'war on terror' on the other.

I don't necessarily think following the example of the Met would be best practice here. I don't know the full circumstances (in fact in all likelihood, only the officers themselves really know that) but the last thing we want is innocent people being killed: that's what the police are supposed to prevent.

I take your point though, perhaps it would be clearer just to emphasise:

The police in the Met shot a man they believed to be carrying a bomb.

A short time previously, the PSNI were having bombs thrown at them, and retaliated with... water and THAT was too much for Gerry Adams!

You don't want innocent people getting hurt, and that's understandable, but when they're standing there with blast bombs in their hands ready to throw, perhaps trained police snipers could sort them out.

As of today there are 3000 armed police officers on the streets of London to tackle the terrorist threat, the head of the met has expressed praise and support for his officers after the shooting of a Brazilian man in a place called Stockwell on the grounds that he was wearing a heavy coat and ran from ten plain clothed officers with machine guns(remember english was not this poor buggers first language)- oh yes and he had a tan. Now, can any of you see a difference in how this threat is being dealt with, and how the I.R.A. (with all their big American and European supporters) were 'dealt' (ie deals done!) with? that 13 days after blast bombs in the Ardoyne some pictures might be on th P.S.N.I. website? not exactly S.A.S. is it?
