Work-Shy Much?
They can't be serious can they? The Communication Workers' Union representing the Royal Mail staff is to hold a ballot to see if its members want to strike again - because Royal Mail is "victimising" those who took part in the last strike and "treating them differently" to their colleagues who didn't strike. I think they'll find that's called rewarding loyalty.
Follow up:
The strike was an illegal, knee-jerk reaction to a problem which could have been solved through other means. Even the CWU was then urging the workers to call the action off. That said, the people involved don't deserve to be victimised. Oh no, they deserve to be sacked and replaced (although somehow I feel it's unlikely that that would be possible).
It's expected to take 4 weeks just to clear the backlog created from the last strike, and before Royal Mail have even had a chance to address the concerns raised then, they work-dodgers want to walk out again? They're having a laugh!
